Thank you to everyone who participated in the Budget Vote and Board of Education Election held Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Gowanda Central School District. We are deeply grateful for the support of our community.

Proposition #1: Basic Budget: Passed with 78%
Proposition #2: Vehicle Purchase: Passed with 85%
Proposition #3: Library Budget (Gowanda Free Library): Passed with 81%
Board Candidates (3 open positions – 3 candidates):
Mr. John Y. Waterman, Jr.: elected with 197 votesMrs. Barbara Weston: elected with 191 votesMrs. Shauna McMahon: elected with 178 votes
