Final Approval
Approval is coordinated between two departments:
- Buildings & Grounds: Availability & Supervision
- Business Office: Fee Determinations

🌱 Gowanda Athletics Turf
Prior permission is required for all turf use.
👟 Specific Facilities
A non-profit, non-sectarian organization which draws a large majority of its membership from the school district and has its local headquarters within the district. All other groups are considered ‘outside organizations.’
Weekend & After-Hours Use:Use on Saturdays (after 4:00 PM) and Sundays will incur additional charges to reimburse the district for necessary custodial services scheduled outside of regular staff hours.
