GOWANDA, NY — The Gowanda Central School District is opening the Elementary School gym doors this June for a two-part Line Dancing series. Hosted through the Community Education department, these sessions offer residents a chance to learn new steps while staying active in a social setting.
The classes will take place on Wednesday, June 3, and Wednesday, June 10, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Instructor Ciara will lead the group through various country-style routines. The program is designed for all skill levels, making it easy for those who have never tried line dancing to join in and feel comfortable on the floor.
By utilizing school facilities for evening programs, the district continues to serve as a hub for local residents. Registration is required to participate, and community members are encouraged to sign up early as space in the gym is limited.
