Districtwide Open House, Community Resources & Mental Health Fair set Thursday, September 18, 2025

Gowanda Central School District is hosting Open Houses at all schools and a Community Resources & Mental Health Fair at the middle and high schools on Thursday, September 18, 2025. Families and students are warmly encouraged to attend.

Attendees can tour the buildings, visit classrooms, and meet instructional staff:

Gowanda High School’s Open House runs from 5-6:30 p.m.

Gowanda Middle School’s Open House runs from 5-6:30 p.m.

Gowanda Elementary School’s Open House runs from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Gowanda Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization will host a bake sale.

The Travel Club of GHS will host an informational meeting at 6 p.m. in the GHS auditorium.

The Counseling Department’s Community Resources & Mental Health Fair will be set up in the hallway between GHS and GMS from 5-6:30 p.m. The fair will connect attendees with local agencies and free mental health swag will be featured.

Find out what resources are available in the community to support mental wellness. Light refreshments will be available.
