GOWANDA, NY — The Gowanda Central School District invites all students, families, and community members to a Virtual Town Hall featuring Superintendent Dr. Robert B. Anderson on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
The event will be broadcast via Facebook Live on the district’s official page. This town hall serves as a vital platform for the district to connect with the community, offering a look at recent accomplishments and a preview of the path forward for our students.
“Maintaining an open line of communication with our Panther families is a cornerstone of our ‘Blueprint for Success,’” says Dr. Anderson. “This town hall is an opportunity to celebrate our students’ recent successes—from the incredible 50th-anniversary production of Seussical Jr. to individual student achievements—while also discussing the 2026-27 school budget and our goals for the upcoming year.”
Topics of discussion will include:
-
2026-27 School Budget: An overview of the proposed budget and key dates leading up to the May 19 vote.
-
Student Achievement: Highlighting recent milestones, including GHS sophomore Isabella Gill’s selection for the College Horizons program at Dartmouth.
