The annual Community Spirit Parade, facilitated by the Gowanda Boosters Club-GBC, is scheduled Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 6 p.m.The Powder Puff game, featuring juniors and seniors, is planned at Hillis Field immediately following the Community Spirit Parade.The homecoming football game will be played Friday, October 10, 2025, at 7 p.m. against Franklinville Central High School at 7 p.m.The homecoming dance will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the GHS gym. The theme is βHaunted Mansionβ and all three schools plan dress-up Spirit Weeks in celebration of the annual fall tradition. PLEASE NOTE: All costumes MUST follow Gowanda CSDβs dress code.

Monday, October 6: Zombie Day β wear paranormal pajamas.Tuesday, October 7: Terrible Tuesday β wear your old Halloween costumes. Group costumes encouraged.Wednesday, October 8: On Wednesday, We Wear Orange β or we dress up as Wednesday Addams.Thursday, October 9: Battle of the Classes β Match your float. Seniors: Graveyard. Juniors: Halloweentown. Sophomores: Scooby-Doo. Freshmen: Hocus Pocus.Friday, October 10: Petrifying Panther Pride β Go all-out in your Panther gear.
