Gowanda Partners with Right At School for New Enrichment Program
Effective September 1, 2026
Gowanda Central School District is excited to share an update on our before and after school programming. Beginning in the 2026-2027 school year, we are partnering with Right At School, a leading provider of high-quality enrichment programs, to serve Pre-K through 4th grade students.
Program Hours & Flexibility
Parents can create custom monthly schedules of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Drop-in care is also available.
- Morning Start (Grades K-4): 6:30 AM
- Morning Start (Pre-K): 7:00 AM
- Daily Program End: 6:00 PM
Daily Enrichment Curriculum
Right At School will hire highly qualified local staff to deliver a play-based curriculum aligned with district standards. Every day, students will engage in the following:
- Daily nutritious snacks and fitness activities.
- Quiet time to complete homework.
- Engaging STEM projects.
- Team building, community service, and leadership development.
Childcare Assistance
Right At School is partnering with the state to provide childcare assistance programs for eligible families. They are currently undergoing the state licensing process, and information on how to apply for subsidized care will be shared soon.
Educator Career Opportunities
Right At School will be hiring qualified educators specifically for the Gowanda Elementary School programs. Local job openings will be posted on their careers page in the coming weeks.
Virtual Family Information Night
Join District leadership and Right At School representatives via Zoom for an overview of the program, what families can expect, and a live Q&A session.

Mandatory Registration Notice: Registration for the After School program is required to attend this live session. A recording will be archived on the district website for future enrollees.
