Gowanda Central School District is proud to share an upcoming event for our Indigenous youth. In recognition of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, the Seneca Nation Human Services Division – Community Wellness & Outreach Program is hosting the “Honoring Our Journey” All Territories Teen Social.
When: Friday, February 27, 2026 Where: Allegany Community Center, Allegany Territory Time: 5:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.
The evening begins with an “Indian Taco” Dinner at 5:00 P.M., featuring strawberry juice and shortcake. The Social kicks off at 6:00 P.M. with Special Guest Singers, a photo booth, and door prizes. This is a great opportunity for students to connect and learn about the roles and responsibilities of young Indigenous people.
